In every project we do a needs analysis after a while and we describe your opportunities and challenges. We always offer analysis and education on how you can use feedback (and Quicksearch) so that you get maximal customer benefit.
4) We verify that the feedback is correct
Every project has quality assurance operations. Continuously during the project we follow up on the delivery and possible deviations are documented and addressed. As our customer you will get an explanation regarding what has happened, the time when the error was corrected and what has been/shall be done to ensure that the problem will not happen again.
5) Customer service as it should be
In the cooperation we are responsible for taking advantage of knowledge, practices, possibilities and experiences. With effective systems we will give quick service and handle possible staff changes.
